I had a house in Daytona Beach. It was a rental but the tenants destroyed it while I was evicting them. By the time I got them out, the cost of repairing it made me sick. I reached out to some realtors and some other people who buy houses about selling it. John at Cash Home Buyer Florida was absolutely the best one! He gave me the best offer and was able to close on the sale in 2 weeks. I highly recommend Cash Home Buyer Florida for selling a house.

John and his team made a somewhat difficult task simple and easy. Upfront and open about the entire process. Great communication. Would highly recommend using.
I’ve known John Patton for over 15 years and have worked with him on numerous real estate transactions during that time. As an active real estate investor, I’ve partnered with John on projects, purchased deals from him, and sold deals to him. Across all of those transactions, he has always been straightforward, professional, and easy to work with. The deals have consistently been smooth, transparent, and handled with integrity. In an industry where trust and reliability matter, John is someone I’m always comfortable doing business with and would confidently recommend to others.
Awesome service John went out of his way to help make this deal happen. There are not many people with the integrity, as focused, and dedicated in this business as John. I am looking forward to working again with John and his team! Great experience!
I worked with John Patton in the sale of my property. There were a few complications along the way which John greatly attributed his time to getting resolved in a timely manner. John really fought for me in the sale of my property and I couldn’t be more pleased with him and the service that he provided. I am thankful for his diligence in helping me. I would highly recommend him.
I’ve worked with John in the past on multiple real estate transactions, and both he and his team operate at a very high professional level. Communication is clear, decisions are made efficiently, and deals are executed quickly and smoothly. As a real estate agent, I value working with investors who are organized, decisive, and easy to collaborate with—and John consistently delivers on all fronts. I would absolutely recommend working with him and his team.
Was a fast and painless experience.
John was amazing start to finish. He took what was honestly a nightmare for our family and turned it around. He was easy to work with and straightforward, there were no games or low offers, and the whole thing was kind of a relief. I don’t think I’ve ever been happier to have called a random number on the internet just to see what they say, he saved us countless hours of work and money just to sell anyway.
Best person to deal with on your Real Estate transactions, highly recommended.
John was straight-forwarded, courteous, and sincere from the start. Communications / responses were swift. The entire process was uncomplicated and smooth. I highly recommend them.
